Plain-language details on what we collect when you inquire or book, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.
Effective date: October 13, 2026. This policy explains how Trident Event Group Inc. (“we”, “us”), the Manitoba company behind Roam Content Co., collects, uses and protects personal information through roamcontent.co. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, confirm and plan bookings, deliver your content, send invoices and keep records required by law. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
We share personal information only with service providers we need to run our business and deliver your event — for example our booking/CRM software, form, email and file-delivery providers, payment processors and the team members or contractors working your event. These providers may store data outside Canada and are only permitted to use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Content we capture at your event is delivered to you. We will only feature it in our own portfolio or social channels in line with the agreement for your booking; if you would like something left out, just tell us.
Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as useful to follow up, then deleted. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as needed to deliver your event and as required for tax and legal purposes.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent to further use (subject to legal or contractual limits) by emailing hello@tridenteventgroup.ca.
